Religion for Captive Audiences, With Taxpayers Footing the Bill.

This article discusses the religious program at a prison in Newton, Iowa and how Robert W. Pratt, chief justice of the federal courts in the Southern District of Iowa, has ruled that the program is an unconstitutional use of taxpayer money for indoctrination.
