Abstract
- The article reports that BBCA Biochemical Co. Ltd. has announced that its shareholder Anhui BBCA Group, Anhui Bengbu Municipal Government and China National Cereals, Oils & Foodstuffs Corp. (COFCO) have signed a framework contract on November 20, 2006. Under the contract, COFCO or its appointed companies will purchase 200 million shares in BBCA Biochemical from BBCA Group.
