Abstract
- The article focuses on the efforts of the Chinese government and citizens to cover expenses of economically disadvantaged students in China. Through the paper for love project administered by Chen Boqin, one of the three entrepreneurs who hire laid-off workers and people with intellectual disabilities to recycle wastepaper, widowed elders receive help. As of 2006, there are no specific laws covering charity organizations and their activities in China.
