Abstract
- The article presents a condensation of a press report on an anti-Georgian campaign in Russia in the wake of Georgian authorities' arrest and turnover of Russian officials suspected of being spies. Inspections and closures of Georgian-owned commercial establishments were carried out in Moscow and Moscow Province, purportedly acting on verbal directives from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Georgian trawlers were seized for poaching, and demonstrators protested at the Georgian embassy.
