- The article looks at the possibility that J. Christopher Callaghan will win the election for comptroller of New York. Callaghan is a treasurer of Saratoga County in New York. Winning the comptrollership would make Callaghan a powerful investor and the person in charge of the New York State pension fund. Comments are made by Callaghan regarding his personal investments.
