Abstract

The article reports on the prediction by Reason Foundation regarding traffic congestion in the U.S. The foundation estimates that by 2030, 11 U.S. cities, including Atlanta, Chicago and San Francisco, will be as congested as Los Angeles is today. Some of the states most in need of new freeway lanes include California, Texas and Florida.
