Abstract
- The article provides information on the results of a report published by the British National Audit Office on the handling of the Single Payment Scheme of the British Rural Payments Agency (RPA) that cost farmers up to £22.5 million. The report highlighted that the RPA has failed to determined that the total cost to industry and taxpayers could be close to £400 million.
