Scots call for eye care awareness campaign.

Abstract: The article reports on the planned meeting between Optometry Scotland and the Scottish Executive in October 2006 with regard to an eye care awareness campaign. The aim of the meeting is to secure an awareness campaign for the free eye examinations for all launched in April. Chairman of Optometry Scotland, optometrist Frank Munro said that a campaign had been pledged and it would target people at risk such as the elderly and children.
