Influences on the Creative Process.

This article presents a conversation with artist Reeve Schley III about his 50-year-old career and the influences on his creative process. An important aspect of his interest in creating art has been working directly from nature. Teaching has also had an impact on Schley's approach to painting, as he finds the interaction with students to be quite stimulating. Another influence on the development of his art has been the interaction with group of supportive collectors.
