Abstract
- The article deals with the reasons why many people await their fortune through betting on a lottery. It's the get-rich-quick dream shared by millions of people nationwide: to strike it big by winning the lottery. For Chicago, Illinois resident Sterling Plumpp, that dream came true in August 2001. He won $ 1 million from a $10 instant lottery pick. Things on money management is also discussed.
