Abstract
- The article reports on a research that weighed the experiences of two groups of youth with mild to moderate learning disabilities. The subjects were interviewed individually so as to reveal social comparisons, awareness of stigma, future aspirations, and receptive vocabulary. The researchers concluded that the subjects were confident on their identities and were optimistic on their futures. However, a great concern was seen concerning their experience from negative treatment.
