Abstract

The article presents information on the changes in learning management system (LMS) and learning content management system (LCMS). One of the most important factors that has changed the LMS is the advent of new technologies. Now consumers are not interested in long implementation cycles and endless maintenance costs. They want LMS to be deployed easily and want them to deal with a continuous changes in the organizational structure. Today's LMS has the features like the demand for disconnected learning and the delivery of measurable outcomes. Succession management tool have become very important for the companies that want to achieve best practices in employee development. In the LCMS space, consumers are not very much confident with return on investment and scalability. INSET: The Ever-Changing World of LCMSs.
