The influence of Nietzsche's philosophy and the assumption of "the death of God" as a departure point in the contemporary philosophy disables the maintenance and development of the moral theory, understanding this one as a set of judgments that express a valuation of goodness or badness in an absolute way. As opposed to this perspective, a renewal of ethics, understood in an ampler sense than the moral conception, imposes.
