Abstract

The article focuses on the views of the author on the relevance of sociobiological theory in determining the behavior of the Cheyenne. The author opines that despite knowing the ideal ways to behave, the Cheyenne do not always live up to these expectations. Aggressiveness is a universal genetically inherited trait in humans. From the sociological point of view, the circumstances under which aggressiveness is expressed is more important than the presence of it.
