Abstract
- The article gives an update of Criminal Law Legislation. It presents a review of the statutory instruments, bills before Parliament and consultation papers published by the law commission. The bills before parliament include Armed Forces Bill, Criminal Defence Service Bill, Fraud Bill, Racial and Religious Hatred Bill, Road Safety Bill, Terrorism Bill and Violent Crime Reduction Bill.
