Abstract

The article reports that some telecommuters find they dislike working from home. A lack of office camaraderie, missed advancement opportunities and the need for technical support all number among telecommuters' complaints. Some businesses are trying to help their far-flung workers; networking clubs, mentoring and accepting employees who choose to come back to the office all make telecommuting easier.
