Abstract

The author reflects on the lesson on agility for IT professionals. He believes that agility is a way of perceiving the world and facing all situations that arise. There is a need to think big to keep up with the big challenges faced by organizations and there is a need to be agile to keep up because the tempo of events continues to speed up. People should start from small things since IT cannot be learned and employed with one great leap. Agility is all about delivering quickly through small steps till rewards are reaped from it.
