Abstract: The article reports on the self-regulation plan of computer software company, Microsoft Corp. According to the company's lawyer, the firm will develop its programs with the aim of making the computer market fairer for makers, programmers and customers. Microsoft is hoping that this plan will satisfy regulators both in the United States and in Europe.
