Abstract
- The article features the Compact Low Emission Vehicle for Urban Transport or CLEVER car. According to the article, the automobile combines the safety of a micro-car and the maneuverability of a motorbike. It adds that the automobile is fully enclosed in a metal framework and its roof is as high as conventional cars. Institution of Mechanical Engineers member Jos Darling describes the advantages of the CLEVER car.
