Abstract
- The article discusses the progress that has been made on a British government proposal to target Muslim extremism in the United Kingdom. The results of the work of the "Preventing Extremism Together" task force are discussed. The article is critical of the work of the commission. Sadiq Khan, a Labour politician has said that he was frustrated by the lack of real progress of the commission. Tony Blair responded that any real efforts to target Muslim extremism had to be grassroots and not directed by the government.
