Abstract
- The article reflects on the decrease in the number of women who pursue their science careers. It states that institutional discrimination and women's choice of reducing their career success to spend more time and effort at home are some of the reasons of these progressive losses. The author suggests of eradicating barriers that hinder women's success in the field of science.
