The article reports that the adults need to be encouraged into the jobs market in order to tackle the predicted job overflow in Great Britain in 10 years' time. According to demographic predictions, by 2016 there will only be enough young people to fill a third of all the jobs available in Great Britain. The organization, the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education, fears that not enough is being done to encourage adults to join work force. A project consortium funded by EQUAL, called Progress GB, was established last year to help refugees and migrants develop and adapt their skills for Great Britain.
