Abstract
- Abstract: Zinc sulfide hollow microspheres were synthesized via a solvothermal route. The products were characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) techniques. The results showed that the as-prepared ZnS hollow spheres have uniform size about 2–3 μm in diameter and have been formed through the aggregation of ZnS nanocrystals. The optical property of the products was also recorded by means of photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
