Inc. has hired a new legal team to try to convince a Florida state court of appeals to overturn the $1.58 billion verdict it was hit with in May of 2005. Details related to Morgan Stanley's recent quarterly earnings are reviewed. According to the author, the court could take weeks to hand down a decision.
