This paper is an attempt to look into the visibility of women and their link with the Peronista government during its first two administrations (1946-1952 and 1952-1955). We focus our analysis on the relationship many women established with Eva Perón during their participation in the Peronista political organization. Following the methodology of oral history, we collected data via personal interviews to a Peronista woman related to the Eva Perón Foundation. Through her reports we have been able to visualize social practices that helped us understand the function of this institution beyond the scope of discourse. In this sense, we were able to reconstruct a Peronista woman's working and political path, her social representations regarding the figure of Eva Peron and the changes that signaled a crucial period in women's history: the implementation of the feminine vote.
