Abstract
- Structural peculiarities star‐shape polyvinylformamide (PVF) grafted to C 60 have been studied by small‐angle neutron scattering in heavy water at 20°C in the range of neutron momentum transfer q=0.03–4 nm -1 to cover spatial scales from monomer unit (fullerene) size up to star diameter and clusters dimension. In stars (functionality f∼⃒4) the arms take a very strained conformation regarding to free chains in solution that induces molecular assembly. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
