Abstract
- The article reports on a randomized controlled trial that sought to assess the effect of agenda forms for consultation completed by patients and of doctor's education on identifying the concerns of patients based on the information provided in the forms. The study took place in general practices in Great Britain. The study measured the number of problems identified, the time required to manage them, the duration of consultations, the number of "by the way" questions and patient satisfaction.
