Mass azithromycin for ocular C. trachomitis in Ethiopian kids.

The article deals with a study that assessed the effectiveness of a single mass azithromycin dose in reducing the prevalence of ocular Chlamydia trachomatis infections in villages in Ethiopia. Differences in the dosages given to adults and children are cited. Mean infections rates and recurrence in treated and untreated villages are compared.
