Abstract
- The article focuses on the participation and contributions of teachers on the education of handicapped children in the U.S. These teachers have been learning to test, graph, compile, observe and record behavior of handicapped children. The teachers focus on the children's freedom for individual growth, the elimination of lockstep education and the opportunity for limited development and maturation.
