Abstract

The article evaluates the efficacy and tolerability of oxycodone drug in the relief of pains in cancer. In the course of the research, it made to analyze the efficacy between the drugs of choice, the analgesic, oxycodone and morphine use. The data revealed that many favored the essence of oxycodone, with the adverse effects of mouth drying and drowsiness, than the use of analgesic and morphine which are administered intramuscularly due to its faster results and the extent of the relief.
