Abstract
- The article reports on the sale of farm properties by Shoulers in the East Midlands, England in 2006. The price of the Holly Tree Farm was guided at £1.5 million. According to Martin Shouler, one of the reasons for selling the property early was to ease the transfer of single farm payment entitlements in 2006. An arable land near Leicester, England has converted the house into 12 flats and apartments.
