Abstract

The article discusses the relevance of teaching arbitration law in law schools in the U.S. and Japan, with special emphasis on dispute resolution. It is believed that a professor should combine many techniques to have an efficient learning of arbitration law. These strategies will help aid law students, that will later on become leaders, to resolve local or international disputes.
