- Studies the effects of venipuncture on plasma cortisol concentrations in loose-housed dairy cows. Effect of a single venipuncture on plasma concentrations 18 min apart; Anticipatory reaction of cows to once-daily sampling on 6 to 12 successive days; Habituation to serial sampling five times an hour with 2 days in between session.
