Abstract

This article compares two different types of creatine. Creighton University researchers found that creatine phosphate improved performance three times as well as creatine monohydrate, the form most commonly used in creatine supplements. Although both creatine monohydrate and creatine phosphate improve strength and muscle-mass gains, the latter may give you a slight edge in performance.
