Abstract
- The article reports on the annual migration of grey whales and their calves from Mexico to Alaska. In Monterey Bay off the coast of California, predatorial killer whales prey upon the gray whale calves, ramming them until the animals drown and the killer whales can feast upon the calves' belly blubber.
