LTI Seminar: Managing Communication Style Differences.

The article presents a preview of "Managing Communication Style Differences," a topic to be discussed during the Leadership Training Institute seminars at the Congressional City Conference in Washington D.C. It was mentioned that effectiveness in communication becomes an important hallmark of public service leadership. Communication style preferences and predispositions identified by scholars are also presented. Those considered effective are aware of their communication style strengths and weaknesses and those that enhances their communication effectiveness.
