Sequence analysis of the novel allele HLA-B*070502.

The article describes the identification of the novel allele HLA-B070502, which has been detected in a potential bone marrow donor. Initial testing was performed at the HLA-B locus by an external institute using polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-sequence specific oligonucleotides and PCR-sequence-speicific primers. It indicated a negative match result caused by the detection of one inconclusive reaction.
