WE OVERTAKE EUROPE.

The article presents the author's viewpoint as to how America rejected the Old World system of ideas and values and progressed beyond the European countries. They created a government where instead of liberty of the individual being limited by government, the government was limited by the liberty of the individual. They rejected the European idea of industrialization and America became a high-wage country with low cost of production.
