Abstract
- The article reports developments on the membership of the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC). At the end of April 1959, the Council is gaining additional 1,300 members over the same period in 1958. CEC has now a total of 12,874 members. The increase in the membership of the CEC is due to the new chapters of the Council throughout the U.S. and Canada.
