Abstract
- The article highlights the Council for Exceptional Children's First World Congress on Future Special Education which will be held in Stirling, Scotland on June 25 to July 1, 1978. Participants are required to bring an abstract of a conducted relevant research, a short position paper that challenges or supports an issue, or an idea, proposal or prediction pertaining to special education. Topics to be discussed in the convention were also presented.
