Abstract: The article reports that Rural Payments Agency CEO Johnston McNeill will be summoned before a powerful parliamentary committee on January 11, 2006 to explain the reason behind the delay of single farm payments at Westminster, England. According to members of the parliament (MP) who are on the influential environment, food and rural affairs, they intend to probe McNeill on whether the agency will be able to meet its February/March target for full payments.
