Abstract
- The article focuses on the oil dispute between Iranians and the British. The U.S. Democratic Party politician W. Averell Harriman's mission to Iran is to try to settle the envenomed oil dispute between Iran and Great Britain. Middle East must save from Joseph Stalin, a Russian Soviet leader, because this is the loss of which would permanently tilt the balance of power in Stalin's favor.
