Abstract
- The article presents information on designing the framework for the International Criminal Court (ICC) to advance transitional justice with reference to Sudan. The article supports the implementation of a hybrid system that includes legal community of Sudan and the ICC to strengthen the law of domestic rule. The article is divided into three parts including violation of international humanitarian law in Darfur, Sudan, contradictions in implementing ICC prosecution and adoption of a hybrid court.
