Abstract
- The article reports on the negative effect of the industrial laws on Australian university administrators according to academic legal experts. Andrew Stewart, professor of law at the Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia, said that the legislation would complicate college administration. There are concerns on the capability of the government to change salary and conditions agreement universities negotiated with staff. Information on the contents of the warning paper is included.
