Abstract

This article focuses on a study of wine testers' abilities to distinguish reserve bottlings from regular. Characteristics for selecting pairs of wines include the price and the bottling process of each wine. It is found that preference for reserve over regular increases as the reserve wine ages, and improves, in the bottle. INSETS: How Much More Will the Tester Pay for the Reserve?;Suggestions from the Author.
