Abstract

This article presents a study on the use of interferon-ϒ therapy in the treatment of negative partial interferon-ϒ receptor1 (IFN-ϒR1) deficiency. A diagnosis of dominant negative IFN-ϒR1 was conducted with antimycobacterial treatment for several months. There was no immediate response to the treatment and the patient developed scalp lesions and paraspinal abscess.
