Abstract: The article presents a list of ten medical research papers that were not published in "The Lancet" because of problems with data collection. Some of the subjects covered by these research papers include a study of secondary prevention of macrovascular events in patients with type 2 diabetes, a study of cholesterol-lowering treatment, a study of obesity, a study of the metabolic syndrome, a study of genetic epidemiology, a study of bone marrow transplantation, and a study of influenza pandemic.
