Abstract: The article presents a case report about the occurrence of digital vasospasm in a woman during treatment with cabergoline for prolactinoma. The woman developed pain in her right hand after receiving cabergoline twice a week postoperatively due to tumor recurrence. Approximately 5 years after staring cabergoline, the drug was discontinued.
