Abstract
- The article discusses plum pudding, a steamed dessert served during the celebrations of Anglo Americans in the United States. The cholesterol-rich dessert is made from bread crumbs, spices, citrus peel. eggs, sugar and dried fruit. The term plum pudding has retained its popularity despite the loss of connotations through the years. A number of established cooking schools in the United States have included at least one recipe of plum pudding.
