In this paper are explained some possibilities to integration in a productive complex the factories: pulp and paper Damují, sugar cane Guillermo Moncada factory, as well as a distillery and biomass factory. The two last will be installed near to the two first factories. In this way are appreciated an intensification in the sugar production. and the need to consider the uncertainly that exist in the raw material availability in the different processes, operational changes, technological and finance changes.
